Trent was FABULOUS to work with, and made my experience a dream! He even personally called me a few days before delivery to make sure I knew what to expect. 5 star service! I can’t wait to have my mattress delivered for a good nights sleep! Would love to shop here again

We will not be returning to this location. the salesman immediately made us feelUnwelcome the moment we stepped in. We wanted to look around for available options for pillows and or bed frames and all the salesman did was belittle us about our knowledge of mattresses and frames exclaiming “you will just be wasting your time” we just wanted to simply take a look. This was a older gentleman there is no way someone should be speaking in a belittling tone like that in the customer service industry, unacceptable please avoid going into the location unless you know exactly every detail into what you want.

Went into this Sleep Country location to try out new pillows and exchange an unopened/unused pillow.Initially I ordered two identical pillows from Sleep Country online for my husband and I, and since we knew their policy was that a pillow could only be returned if unused and unopened, we only opened one pillow to each try and ensure we liked it. I immediately did not like the pillow, but my husband did so we kept the one opened pillow and opted to exchange our unopened one.Upon entering the store I was browsing through the pillows and was approached by a staff member, Trent. I explained my situation to Trent, to which he immediately began rolling his eyes and started raising his voice towards me and refusing to complete the exchange saying things like Why should I even believe you?" "No

We came in here to check out mattresses and we would never come back to this location. For one, the salesman pushed to know budget and would not show us anything until we told him. Secondly any information we told him, like what we heard from our doctor and chiropractor he shut it down as if he knew better then a doctor. You are not a spine expert. No matter what we said, he would say the complete opposite. And it did not matter what worked for you. Everyone is different. Period. Also we don't like being told this is the only mattress at this price

Me and my friend went in to look for purple pillows and some egotistical worker told us to stop touching the beds/pillows, and stood there and watched, I said “ guess he doesn’t want us here” and while we were walking out he flipped us off, then we came back and wanted to talk to a manager and practically got chased out and down the stairs by an angry bald man, he took pictures of us and called security. We tried to call them and have a conversation but he called us little brats and hung up. I would not recommend for anybody to come buy a mattress from the store ever!!!

Best customer service we've experienced in a while. Jason was phenomenal. He was there for us if we had any questions, but he never hovered. We never felt pressured, and he was just an exceptional help overall. John was just as phenomenal. He was thorough as he walked us through the process. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They both were very friendly and just gave us one of the best customer service experiences in a long time. The atmosphere and ambiance is amazing. We didn't feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed. They never used any fear or intimidation tactics and let us step out for a moment to take a breather and think about it. We even went to other places to check what they have and they just never matched up (mattress selection AND the help.) We came back, bought a mattress AND pillows! Highly recommended Sleep Country AND Jason and John!

Never purchasing from sleep country ever again! We bought a bed from the Home Show in Edmonton where sleep country was located, and we were so excited to get it delivered. They said they would deliver by Tuesday. We were then called the next day (day before delivery) that they are unable to deliver it by Tuesday, but that they can deliver on Thursday. We made sure we had nothing that day. We were not told what time the deliveries start at and they delivered just after 9am. They didn't give us the 3 hour notice that they promised. We were told we would have 3 hours notice before they arrive. They called only 30min prior, not 3 hours.We missed them by a few min. Tried contacting sleep country and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Called the main delivery line and they couldn't do anything either. When the manager from sleep country called back, he just adviced that we will need to wait until the weekend and nothing they can do. We literally waited almost a week already and now you're saying Sunday? We are very frustrated.

Jason was excellent to deal with. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable. He helped me find the right mattress for my needs. I will be referring all my family and friends to Jason! Thank you so much!

Went in to look for a mattress today after previously being approved for financing. Marina was amazing and went above and beyond for me. I told her what I was looking for and she gave me a wide variety of options. She showed me some of the more expensive ones and when I told her I didn’t like them as much as one up front she didn’t try and push me on a product I didn’t want. She helped me pick out the perfect mattress and even told me I can pick it up at the distraction center today. I got it home and am absolutely thrilled with it. She did an amazing job and highly recommend dealing with her for all of your mattress needs. Marina is great at what she does and you can tell she cares more about the customers needs than anything else.
