This is a brutal company to deal with. Additional charges, missed collections, undocumented overweight fees, administrative nightmare, unilateral changes to your billing/account. I would strongly discourage any business from dealing with this company.

We have been waiting for propane for 4 weeks, we are down to fumes and afraid to leave the house because we will have to plug in electric heaters if we run out. we ran out last year and the pilot light went out on our furnace, . We forgave them because there was serious flooding in the area and the driver had a reasonable excuseWhen we called the first time, this year it was okay, then it plunged to -35, We called again, every time we call they say they will call us back, 5 consecutive calls, still no call back. still no propane, Yesterday they said we were scheduled for that day, still no call, still no propane.
