Honest and fair! Extremely trustworthy and helpful. My fist experience with Brent and replacing a transmission was beyond positive. He helped us in a pinch and we are very satisfied. We have found our new mechanic! Can’t thank Shepp’s enough.

Shepp's Transmission is undoubtedly the finest transmission shop I have ever had the need to visit. Face it folks, what do you do when your F150 just falls out of warranty and begins acting up? Dealer prices and maybe they have a transmission guy?? Take it to Shepp’s, Brent and his staff know their business inside out and that’s what you need if your transmission is acting up, no bull, just real repairs.

I have had some work done by these guys on a few vehicles. I live in Newfoundland now and am having some transmission problems. Brent didn't hesitate to make a few calls and was able to point me in the right direction. I highly recommend this business!

I don't personally know Shepp, I was referred to him by my mechanic because my caravan transmission was making a strange noise. He went for a drive with me and gave me a diagnosis. Topped up my fluid and flashed the TCM. He gave me advice on what I should do and at the end of it all he didn't charge me. I expected to be billed for the fluid and the flash.I'm not giving 5 stars because he didn't charge me. I'm giving 5 stars because I felt he was an honest person and provided me with a realistic solution.

Got my transmission repaired here and did not even make it back home to shediac. Had to get it towed home due to the transmission not working. When I called and explained my concern I was told that I needed a new transmission that will cost $5000 after already paying $1000 to repair the transmission. Shop does not stand behind the repairs done.

Having accelerating issues or lag of acceleration with a 2014 Hyundai Elantra that needed a diagnoses. Staff was helpful and even though it came out that it wasn't the transmission, they were still helpful on suggesting what it could possibly be. There is still good and honest businesses out there who are not all about getting all the money they can from someone. I highly recommend Shepp's Transmission.

Shep is a great guy. He is well known in the community and is completely honest and upfront. When I had my transmission replaced he tried his best to rebuild the existing one before I had to get it done new. Thanks

Worst place to bring your car / transmission. They couldn't find the leak, they say it's something else leaking and when they could figured what was leaking they didn't want to start the job they told me to go somewhere else. They wanted to charge over a 1000$ and they didn't know if it was actually the solution.
