Two thumbs up for the excellent customer service at West Point Cycles - Main St.The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Even when they’re super busy, I have always been greeted with a welcoming and friendly smile! Highly recommend this store location for anyone looking to get an amazing bike and wonderful service.

I purchased my Trek bicycle from this shop and right from the start, I received exceptional customer service and observed the staff's remarkable honesty.I placed an order for the bike and paid the full amount. On the day I was scheduled to pick it up, the staff informed me that the bike was now on sale, and I received a refund on my purchase.I was able to use that refund to buy additional items for my bike, taking advantage of the extra discount offered to new bike buyers as part of the store's policy. It was truly a fantastic experience. I highly recommend West Points Cycles to anyone in need of a bike or bike equipment and accessories.I will keep spreading this excellent experience with everyone!

Terrific experience. I took my road bike here for service before boxing it up for a big move. Andrew was super helpful throughout the process and even hooked me up with a bike box. He thoroughly explained the service, expected timelines, and contacted me promptly when the team found a broken part during the service. He clearly explained my options for replacing the part and let me make the decision for how to proceed. The service was quick and affordable, the shop staff was helpful, and my bike came back in great shape. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking quality service.

Once again, west point cycle Main Street and their staff as always top notch, just left the store half hour ago, I had issues an hour ago after washing my bike and my gear was locked and stuck, after drying I brought it to the store and Mark greeted me. He was super fast troubleshooting the problem and figure it out In 2 mins… once done he said go out and ride, enjoy the sun.. this is why I referred two other family members and one friend to purchase a bike here. You guys have definitely gained my loyalty few years back when I got my bike and your staff helped me, I would definitely buy my next bike there again.

I have ordered a few things from West Point now. I like their online ordering and pick up option as I usually know what I want. I have had no complaintsToday, I called in as I needed a cassette for Sunday (2 days) and I was going to be away on Saturday so I asked which store had it in stock. When I arrived at the store they said it was in stock in, unfortunately it was not available.Without asking, they elected to provide me with a Ultegra cassette (I was looking for the 105) for the same price as the 105.Excellent customer service, taking full responsibility for their error and came up with a very acceptable solution.I will be back.

I've gone to West Point Cycles to pick up some different parts and accessories before since they're so close to me, but it was a recent servicing that I got that made me want to review.The team at West Point really goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the work that they're doing, why they're doing it, and what you would need to do it yourself at home. It's that last part that I think really shows the integrity of the shop. They would rather empower you to do the work for yourself than have you coming back.I took a vintage bike in to get serviced and I was also super impressed with how friendly the staff was with talking about my bike, showing enthusiasm for it, and trying to make it as best it can be. One of the staff even went into the back to grab some handle bar grips that hadn't been put on the floor yet just because they thought it would look sick (and it did).I'm definitely going back to West Point Cycles for any servicing I need. I know the quality of work will be great and I'll come out a little bit smarter about how my bike works and how to take care of it.

Purchased a bike here in 2021 and had it recently serviced. Feels like new again if not better. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. What I thought was a derailleur alignment issue was actually my unawareness of the trim feature which they realized right away. Thanks again.

I usually do most of my own servicing, but needed a specific tool to service a hub before a big race week. West point cycles took a bag of parts I left with them and repaired the wheel within two days, giving frequent and clear updates throughout. Easily the best customer service I've had at a bike shop in recent times.

The gang at West Point Cycles are fantastic. It was my sons seventh birthday the day after I arrived and I wanted a pre-caliber 20 inch Trek and they didn’t have one built.Mark was kind enough to say that he will have it built by the end of the day or early morning, and he was good to his word, and my boy was so excited!This is not the first time I’ve bought bicycles from them, and it will definitely not be my last.Mark said that he couldn’t possibly have a boy not have his bicycle birthday present :-)
