We had a great experience here buying a scooter for my 10-year old son. The staff was approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly - answering tons of questions we had. My son was using his own money for the purchase and Eric recommended a quality scooter within my son's budget and also talked us through the different things we could do over the life of the scooter to keep it in good health and upgrade/change the components as my son grows. I also really liked how he interacted with my son, answering questions and not talking down to him. Highly recommend!

Great and fast service! We bought a scooter and the service was fast and easy! We then had to get a replacement part. It was also fast and easy! When you buy there, you don't only get the best deal but you also buy peace of mind which worth a lot!

We came to the Scooters Canada store all the way from Sudbury. Staff were super knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are fair and staff are so helpful. Eric helped my son find the right parts to make his dream scooter. He was a very helpful staff and made our experience to the store a great one. Very patient and answered all our questions. All the staff were very nice and pleasure to deal with. We shall be purchasing again. Awesome store!

Integrity Plus - Way to go Scooters CanadaBought my son an Urban Art Scooter here in the summer. Great service and advice helping him decide on the best package for his riding style. After 5 weeks of riding it, the deck snapped at the bar mount. Took it in to Scooters Canada and they appealed to the manufacturer to replace it under the 90 day warranty. According to Jason, Urban Art never did reply to them from Germany. So .... what do they do? Just picked up the replacement. Thank you for great service, after the sale. I certainly recommend dealing with these folks for scooters and bikes. You can trust they are good to their word.

Placed an order on Tuesday (yesterday) and was concerned that I may not get it in time for my son's birthday this coming weekend.They went above and beyond and not only gave me a discount, but upgraded my shipping to Express - free of charge! I have ordered scooter parts from this place a few times with no issues with quality or other wise. Recently had parts come in that might have been damaged from transit and they had no problem what so ever with fixing the issue and replacing the parts free of charge.
