Cineplex Cinemas Park Royal and VIP
Definitely one of the best Cineplex theatres, if not the best movie theatre in general, in the area. The seats are great, the quality of the movies is always wonderful, and the experience is all round genuine good times. Every time I go to this theatre (most recently for the new spider verse movie) I leave feeling satisfied, not only because of the movie, but because of how comfortable the theatre experience is.

Movies and seats are awesome! Food is something that could use some work unfortunately. Popcorn is always solid and the fish bowls are pretty good. But anything else is mediocre. If you plan on ordering a meal I suggest you get there earlier and take time eating your food as they seem to rush when the previews start and the movie theater goes dark. I'd just go for the fish bowls. If you dont want that, then save money and go to a regular theater and just keep it simple with popcorn and a pop.

VIP is expensive and theaters #3 is not fit for purpose. The whole time we were watching our movie we could hear and feel the booming from the theatre next door. As someone who struggles with sound sensitivities, I found this extreme stressful and inconsiderate.The service in our theatre was packing, but the food (buffalo poutine + fish tacos) was quite good, if not slightly overpriced.I'll keep going to Coquitlam VIP instead.

We were group of 6 people and we wanted to go to the restaurant (VIP section) and they asked for the IDs! First of all, I’ve never been asked for my ID at the entrance of the restaurant! Anyway we showed the IDs except one of us who forgot her ID but she had the picture! She is 39! And you can say she is even not under 30! The manager said I cannot let anyone in as one of you don’t have ID!!!Really! Restaurant! And not just bunch of teen-ages! We’re three couples above 30s…It’s ridicules!That was not welcomed attitude! Plus she was very aggressive!Girl! You could have been nice at least!

Easy and plentiful parking makes it quick to get inside. Kiosk was easy to use for buying the tickets (no other way to do it besides the app/website). Recliners were so comfy. Wide range of snack options including poutine

We enjoyed our VIP experience here! We were seeing a late show so we sat in the bar area and had some snacks and drinks before the show started. Our server was friendly and suggested adjustments when they didn’t have exactly what we wanted! When we got into the theatre our seats were extremely comfortable and the in theatre service was good! A very positive experience!

Great VIP experience. There was less people, no minors, no line up the the washroom. The hallway has nice decorations. The seats were comfy. I didn’t expect the food to be good but they were actually delicious.The only down side is there are movies that are not available in VIP :(

Paid quite a bit for the VIP experience. We tried to flag down a server 4 times to get our order. We even made eye contact and they had also said they would come back to us. The couple next to us was also trying to flag the person down. In the end, my partner ended up going to the front to order, during the movie, which took about 10mins. The seats were comfortable but the head rests are very worn and the faux leather is peeling off. Is it worth the price you pay? Absolutely not. I raised this with Cineplex and their response was weak - saying I had to address this with a manager on the night of the issue. Sorry, but it was well after 11pm by the time the movie finished, I didn’t need more of my time wasted!

Only 2 self-serve kiosk and my gift card did not go through. There is no box office. I was told to buy tickets in food counter. The staff in food counter's service was below average. No welcome and I had to ask her if I can place an order. No smile until heard I was buying two separated seats. I felt being offend. Overall, in person exercise was poor.

This Review is for the Resturant in VIP:The food qulity was so average. the waitress was not familiarized with the items on the menu. And it did not have vlaue for the price of the food $25 / person.The theatre experiece was great - similar to General admission area.
