I have used SET Safety with my current and previous employer. In both cases we struggled with providing training as the majority of our workers were in very remote locations and parsing time for classroom courses was not practical.We have since taken advantage of the Training Matrix functionality to track tickets, schedule refresher training, and plan for internal competency requirements. SET Safety is an extremely useful tool to use in any business that requires training for their employees. The training center organizes all training and certificates, while making it easier for employees to access their training (either on a phone, computer, or tablet).If there are any problems with the training center the staff at SET Safety are extremely helpful.By switching over to using an online center instead of a typical excel spreadsheet, I have been able to keep track of all expiring certificates, when each employee has taken a course, and how long they spent taking that course.Overall, I have had a great experience using SET Safety.
