We woke up with a flooded basement after calling insurance they sent winmar from grandvalley. Paul came out and was very professional and answered all of our questions and our concerns since this was the first time this has happened to us. He is having guys come out tomorrow morning and start drying everything before we get the green light from insurance, to get a start on things.

Excellent emergency service! Called because my basement had flooded, Winmar arrived within half an hour and removed all water from my basement! Will defiently call them again if needed.

I highly recommend Winmar, their team is extrodinary in their response time, their genuine concern and care for their clients, making you feel like you are their first priority. I had a very great experience with Winmar, I was very nervous and unsure of how the whole process worked. Tiffany explained everything to me step by step and answered all my questions sometimes even more then once. The work was done very very quickly and very professionally. My thoughts and opinions where heard along the way with no issues. I personally highly recommend them and there services, I couldn’t be more happy!

terrible terrible terrible !do not !i repeat do not! even think about contacting Wimar ever! (even if you could get a hold of them). EXTREMELY : unreliable, unprofessional, unpersonalized, uncooperative.The wool is firmly pulled over your eyes the moment you sign off on any work with them. impossible to get a hold of and to deal with you feel constantly left in the dark. If you have a flood calling Winmar would be as effective as using a drinking straw....but it will cost less be less stressful and it will be dried up faster than they ever could do it....do the smart thing ....if your insurance says Winmar will come in and fix it".NO THEY WONT COME FIX ITthey wont because you read this review and said I want nothing to do with this lemonade stand

Paul and the team at WINMAR Renovations did a great job completing my ceiling after a major leak from the bathtub. They helped us complete it in a timely fashion. The team doing the installation was professional and all the workmanship was of high quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a renovation.
