I really don't like shopping for a new phone, because I never know which one to get, but Kieran was very knowledgable and professional and made the whole process easy. I'm happy with my phone and I'm happy with the service I received.A few more choices in phone covers wouldn't hurt, but otherwise this is a great place to shop.

I was greeted in a friendly manner, which set the tone for the rest of our time together. She was knowledgeable and worked quickly to get me set up with what I needed. I was glad to see 3 representatives working. The other Telus location in town made me wait half an hour because only one person was working… I went there the other day, but someone recommended that I try the Tom Harris location instead. I was very happy with my experience!
