I had been inadvertently misquoted (an older lower price) on some rims. A large price difference. I paid it grudgingly with a “it is what it is” attitude.The manager came out after I paid the bill, and insisted to cancel and rebill to the lower amount.That is extraordinary service. I wasn’t complaining, the manager insisted it was the right thing to do regardless.That’s the type of service that guarantees all my future business.

I do seasonal tire swaps here, and I also bought winter tires here and the price was reasonable. Diagnosing and replacing a busted TPMS sensor was simple. Quick, reliable service.

Had a seized and stripped lug nut thanks to another shop over-torquing the wheels and then telling me I had to pay to get it fixed. Popped into Big O as I was driving past and they helped me out on the spot, free of charge, and did it without going the overcomplicated route the other shop was suggesting. Very friendly, helpful and personable guys, I would highly recommend their service.

Amazing service!! Travelling through Powell River to Comox with a ferry to catch. Dead battery that needed replacing. Husband was calling everywhere for help and they actually called back to help right away!! Thank you so much!!

I called in with short notice saying I had a violent shake in the front end of my car shawn let me drive it directly into the shop with little to no notice. the technician found the issue very quickly along with a few other issues that I had up front. They then made time immediately for me to get into the shop. Excellent experience at the shop amazing price and I had my car back in no time at all

Really good pricing and quick oil change. I know my truck was a mess but I didn't enjoy that an employee had thrown my shoes on my stuff on the passenger seat (I had them tucked at my feet). Would've been nice if been more considerate
