We had great experience dealing with the service department. We had some big manufacturer issues with our new F150 (purchased at another dealership, I won’t name names, *cough Campbell Ford cough* who wouldn’t give us the time of day for our trucks manufacturing issues).We received exceptional service from Andrew and James! They kept us constantly updated on our trucks never ending repairs and went above and beyond to do everything in their power to fix the issues. Thank you!

My last visit was exceptional. Made my appoint and let them know I would be waiting for my vehicle. They scheduled my time accordingly. When I showed up, they took the information and the vehicle right away and should be to the waiting area. I was kept up to date on the work via text message. When the work was done, I was notified and the service advisor came immediately. In and out rather quickly. The staff was very professional and friendly. They went through the report with me and made sure I had no further questions. All in all a great experience.

Had a small emergency, and needed some service this morning. Was worried cause it looked really busy and I was in a panic. Andrew (service) was a hero! Recently got a F150 From this dealership. I have been in the market for a while and this dealership has one of the finest people. Jon was the sales rep who wen out of the way to find a truck for me and Abdel made sure I got what I was looking for. They were honest from the beginning and did everything to make me comfortable.They delivered me the truck on a Saturday to suit my schedule. Graydon showed me around and setup everything on the truck for me.Super helpful staff, makes you comfortable and you get an instant feeling that they are there to build a relationship not to rip you off.

I was frustrated after my initial service appointment was rescheduled, but they quickly booked me in, diagnosed the problem and then fixed the truck right before my family trip. All of those were completed in the last 3 weeks. Everyone i interacted with are kind, nice and willing to help. I have to say that i am happy with the service received.

We own 2 Lincolns and were worried when we moved to Russell as there's no Lincoln dealership around.Embrun Ford took good care of both our cars since the beginning.We have only experienced professional and friendly service.The manager is welcoming, Andrew from service is extremely accommodating, well knowledgeable and always helpful.Sylvie is a great problem solver and super nice.They also offer a ride home by a very friendly young man (I believe his name is Matt).We are very thankful for the entire team.

We are new to the area. I recently traded in my Tacoma and drove home a shiny beautiful pre-owned SUV. The detailing was absolutely brilliant - not a grain of sand found and exterior was buffed to perfection. It looks and smells brand new. Dealing with Chris and Abdel in sales was a pleasure and they made sure everything was perfect for me. I feel like I have not only found myself an amazing vehicle much better suited to my needs but also came away with a couple of new friends. Thanks so much!
