I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and food quality at your restaurant location. I recently visited and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience.Firstly, the service was extremely slow and unorganized. I had to wait in line for nearly 20 minutes before being able to place my order. When I finally did, my food took another 30 minutes to arrive, which is unacceptable considering how fast food chains are supposed to work.Secondly, the food quality was very poor. My burger was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while, the fries were cold and soggy, and the soda was flat. This was not the first time I have experienced subpar food at your restaurant.Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at your restaurant and will not be returning. I hope that you take these criticisms seriously and work to improve the quality of your food and service.

Further Update - The location has undergone some changes in the past few months, I am please to say some things are changing, cleanliness is up, trash bins are no longer found overflowing and garbage strewn about the location. However that being said. Orders are still coming out wrong. The evening Cre/Overnight crew have some small issues such as order sizes. Other than that a huge improvement.UPDATE - So i gave this location another chance3 more chances, I cam through the drive through 1 week before the X-mas rush wanted a simple spicey chicken sandwich. I made the order came around got my food and went home, The sandwich was a regular chicken sandwich, good chicken missing a key ingredient whatever. Ill make sure I get it at the next one.TWO WEEKS LATER the day after boxing day usual business, 2 cars ahead 3 behind... I mentioned it was wrong and I didnt want a free one just for it to be made right, they acknowledged me and said they would. Got home (My mistake not to check first) Made wrong AGAIN. So i called the manager, didnt want to give me a name I gave my name, she said to come in and it will be made right for free,Now today 1 week later I come in to get it made right AND order more food, I was happy id get my sandwich free and my friends food at the same time as getting a meal for my self. I was dissapointed when i was told they had no carbonated drinks but thats fine, I mentioned my name that i have spoken to the manager, and i would have a note there for a free sandwich. they said yup come on through.... THEY CHARGED ME. are you kidding me? Ichecked my sandwich it was right. I got home. My fries were SO SOGGY that they clearly had been left out for 2+ hours! You cannot eat those! they are covered with bacteria and a warming lamp does not kill it! Next My friends chicken nuggets were NOT SPICEY. what is this resteraunts problem with paying customers? 4 gosh darn orders in a row made wrong. DO NOT GO HERE, they DO NOT care about your food, your health or your loyalty. I am done with dundern Mcdonalds.PREVIOUS - Well if this wasn't the closest burger joint I would go here. Sure the food tastes just the same but burgers are over flowing with sauce, the tables are coverd in garbage, garbage are overflowing. And staff have no gloves on the burger line. Sorry but sanitizer on your hands is not enough. Also 25 min wait for food means im at a done in restaurant not a fast food joint that prides itself on fast service.

Worst experience on McDelivery. I was waiting for almost 30 minutes for a Doordash pickup along side many other delivery person. Store staff is unprofessional and do not respond to the doorbell which is specifically installed for delivery person. Through their glass wall I was able to record this where employees were eating while preparing food. The guy in photo was using his phone while we can see there are lot of orders ready on rack. When asked the manager according to her she can’t do anything. She said, “we have to wait for 7-8 orders to be ready and then only they will come to window. It makes it easy for us!”Management do not want to resolve this issue at all while employees continue their unprofessional behaviour.

During my recent visit to a McDonald's restaurant in Hamilton, Ontario, I was left thoroughly disappointed by the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the establishment. It is with regret that I must share my experience and warn others to exercise caution when considering dining at this particular location.Upon entering the restaurant, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors appeared dirty and littered, with food debris scattered around. The tables and seating areas were unkempt, with visible stains and crumbs. The overall state of the dining area left a lot to be desired, and it was clear that proper cleaning and maintenance were lacking.Moreover, the restroom facilities were in a deplorable state. The lack of cleanliness was appalling, with dirty sinks, overflowing trash bins, and an unpleasant odor. It was a stark contrast to the standard of cleanliness one would expect from a reputable fast-food chain like McDonald's.

You can tell the employees here don’t care. The place was filthy, tables all dirty, washroom stalls without toilet paper, nothing stocked at napkins/ketchup cup/straw section. The hamburgers were put together very sloppily and we had to fix them ourselves. And to top it all off, a long wait time and it wasn’t even busy. One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Tried the new Chicken Big Mac. Really good. Maybe even better than the regular Big Mac. I got it hot off the grill, and they didn't skimp on the Special Sauce. Wish they would do a vegetarian option, though. Just replace the patties with old school veggie burgers (not those new lab-grown varieties). It's not like they're all that beefy tasting to begin with. They could have done this years ago instead of all of their ill-fated attempts at making healthy" veggie burgers that all tasted terrible."

Worst McDonald's branch ever! It should be a negative start. I went here today and tried to order 2 jr. chicken in quarter buns with other foods. The cashier started to complete my order but the manager shouted We don't provide substitutes here." She then refused to provide me with quarter buns even though I offered her an extra charge for the substitute. She was so rude to me and talked like I am a free taker. They did not take my order and I had to drive to another branch where they sold me jr. chicken in the quarter bun. Owner

Really horrible experience,they offer me ketchup all with unidentified yellow liquid and their policy is very unreasonable, you can still order dine in at 8.59 pm, but if you are still in the store after 9pm they will push you and try to kick you out as soon as possible. Especially the black lady, she always came and push us get out of the store, not care about we just got food 2 minutes ago. As a conclusion I advise they can close their entrance and do last call around 8.30 , not still take dine at 9pm and kick you out after one minute.

This location is generally good. Its a McDonalds so nothing is going to be amazing. They usually get orders right. The inside is usually clean. The stuff are often courteous. The parking is awful. The drive through is narrow. I hate being told to pull up to wait for food, as if the people behind me aren't also getting fries. A solid okay" location."

2022 August 3★Place was decent, spacious with lots of room to eat. There are two floors, each with a separate eating areas. The floors were oily - so be careful not to slip!! Seriously!Otherwise, the standard flaire of McDonald's food.Free parking. Lots of space indoors. Drive-thru option.
