The Old English Pub
English style pub / bar.The bar is divided into 2 sitting outside on the balcony next to the road and an inside part designed like an old library.A very nice place, courteous and pleasant service, a selection of alcoholic beverages, cocktails or wine/beer.The food menu is very diverse with a number of English dishes, sausages or ribs. There are also starters, for example seafood, dishes of Caesar salad. All the dishes are very large and tasty, the cocktails are very good.

We arrived with no reservations and originally were told it could be easily an hour but the hostess ended up seating us a few minutes later outdoors, which was beautifully decorated. The music was extremely loud, and the waitress (Caitlin) was totally understanding and kind enough to turn it down. The lobster roll was delicious and the truffle Mac and cheese was good but I didn’t find it really tasted of truffle. Good comfort food all the same. We had apple pecan crumble and ice cream which hit the spot. The waitress was the sweetest and bent over backwards for us!

On a Saturday night this place was packed! A little bit of a wait to get seated and get a menu but the food, live music and environment fully made up for it.The French dip and baby yokies were fantastic.

Such a cute patio!! Fresh flowers on every table. The food was delicious. I ordered the truffle oil mac and cheese, my hubby had the jambalaya. Fantastic! Our server was very friendly and the food actually came so fast! Bonus, there was a puppy at the next table that wanted to be everyone's best friend. Super soft. I'm sure he's not part of the deal, though I hope everybody else also gets to pet a dog here.

They were having a bad day upon our arrival. Really busy with only one waitress working outside on the patio. Air Conditioning inside broke down that morning. We were 4th in line but 2 groups ahead of us left before they could be seated. They were out of some of the more popular items.

This place was phenomenal. It was the best place we visited so far. The Brie was amazing and we got the steak. I did feel the steak was a little small but the quality was amazing. Also had the apple pecan pie for desert. A little warning it’s more of an apple pie than a pecan pie but it was still really good. Definitely recommend the ice cream for it as it came out hot.Portions are also huge! 100% recommended

Absolutely fantastic. First time in Gan, we decided on this restaurant after the 3 hour cruise. We were attended for seating right away. We chose the library themed room, cozy. Waitress was extremely attentive and friendly. Our food was delivered to the table, hot and fresh. We had the cod fish & chips with creamy slaw salad. Everything was perfect. Neither the dish, or the fries were greasy in the slightest. The tartar sauce & slaw were perfection.10/10 will be back to try something else from the menu. Dessert options looked amazing, but we were too full.

The place is absolutely beautiful but terrible service. One of the worst I had in a long time! I almost had to go pour my drinks myself! The girls were too busy talkingAs a bar manager, it was a bit annoying
