We cancelled the service with this company because we moved out from our house on last September 09 2017, and they still charged us for the rest of September, full month for October and November. I called few times and sent msgs to the guy who promised me to send me a cheque about that money what they took from our account. Today is January 10th 2018 and still didn't received any money from them! We are very disapointed!

Again.Cancelled service after selling home.1 and a half years later.No refund for continued billing.Clayton never sent cheque.Had to block account.Mysterious bookkeeper never supplied letter of 12 years of who paid for billing and upgraded system put in.This after 12 years of service.
