Very impressed by their service and their expertise. They advised appropriately while taking into consideration our needs. We didn’t feel at any time they were trying to oversell.When we had to make a colour change on one piece at the last minute during the installation (so it matched our house) - there were no issues. We didn’t even have to follow up for the Installation of the changed piece.They came when they said they would, always on time, every time.They worked fast, clean and were extremely courteous.The units we chose are extremely quiet and work wonderfully. We’ve had them now for three months.Bravo! We would strongly recommend then.

J’ai fait affaire avec cette entreprise pour la conversion de mon système de chauffage mazout/thermopompe pour une fournaise electrique/thermopompe/échangeur d’air en novembre 2022. La soumission a été faite par un conseillé expérimenté et compétent. Nos besoins en chauffage/climatisation ont été bien analysés et leurs conseils/recommandations pertinents. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions en regard du programme Reno-Climat et chauffé vert pour le choix des appareils admissibles. L’installation a été faite de façon professionnelle et rapide (travail propre et bien exécuté en une seule journée). Nous gardons cette entreprise pour l’entretien de notre système sans problème et avec confiance.

Super happy with the installation, good vendor, super installation team, back office team responsive. I got our old oil furnace, oil tank and heat pump replaced. It’s a big job but was completed by end of day. Will do business there again. Before calling, checked their RBQ license and OPC complains, all clear.##############6 months update, still a 5 star!Had problems with my whole house humidifier reinstallation from my previous system, it's was difficult to troubleshoot but the team kept on working on it and now it's finally resolved. They adapted their approach by guiding me in some troubleshooting steps to reduce the cost of visits. The follow up from all the team was fantastic. It's not fun to have problems, but when the people are there to help, it's significantly better!

Rapide, professionnel et à l'écoute de nos besoin. On a pris le temps de nous expliquer plusieurs options de travaux selon différents budget. Le délai avant l'installation était aussi vraiment rapide (2-3 semaines). Globalement très satisfait.

Excellent service de la part de l'équipe qui est passée à la maison: Pierre, Gabriel et Michel. L'installation des ventilateurs n'était pas évidente avec la complexité de la maison et le travail a été bien fait. Ils ont pris le temps de limiter les dégâts et ils sont partis en s'assurant que tout était propre. Je recommande!
