Roof Re-Shingled, Plus, Insulation Upgrade. From estimation, on through completion of our roofing, and, insulation needs, Desi's crew exceeded our expectations. Not only were my wife, Diane, and I impressed with their professionalism, my neighbours commented to me on the quality of the work, and, that the crew were unfailingly polite when interacting with them. In my experience, that's rare. In looking for a company to do our roof, we took the opportunity to speak to homeowners about their own experience working with Desi's, and came away knowing that we had chosen the right company to hire. With our insulation now upgraded, courtesy of Brandon, and his crew, we noticed the immediate difference in temperature that night! Thank you, Desi's!

Had an appointment booked with Desi's to inspect my roof. The original appointment was rescheduled due to weather which was understandable. On the rescheduled date, no one showed up to my home. I called the office, and was told that they would be by home on wednesday" at 8am. Once again

The garage roof needed replacing. A gentleman came to give a written estimate. He was knowledgeable and explained steps that would take place to install a new roof. The office said the job would be done in the next week or two. We were informed the day before. Ray brought a trailer for the removal of the old shingles. Three workman came. They were very careful removing the shingles. None landed on the plants below. They were unsure of how a cupola would fare but they were successful removing and returning it. The cleanup was magnificent. They spotted a branch on the house roof and got it down. The final cost was the same as the estimate. Ray came for the trailer and did a final check. I would highly recommend Desi’s roofing for their workmanship, timing and willingness to accommodate.

I talked to 7 roofing companies in the Burlington area about my leaky roof. 5 of them tried to sell me a new roof and several slagged off the roofers that did the previous job. Not only did Desi's say that the previous roofers did a good job, he said the roof still had a couple of years left in it! Experienced, practical, solution oriented and honest. Highly recommend.

We just had our roof replaced by Desis Roofing and found them very professional. The installation was delayed by one day but they called promptly and let us know. We found that Desis's price was competitive but more important we trusted the honestly and professionalism we saw when they came to quote the job. We were not disappointed. They did a good job cleaning up and we are recommending them to our friends and neighbours.

Great business to deal with, both Tina and Ray were very easy to talk with. Although our issue was not confirmed to be a problematic roof Ray exceeded our expectation for a roof inspection. Would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing related jobs.

We used Desi's a few months ago when we got our roof redone. It turned out to be a bigger job than anyone anticipated with 37 sheets of plywood that were either rotted or moldy and needed to be replaced. They handled the inconvenience professionally and in a timely manner, answered all our questions, and were overall great to work with. We couldn't be happier with our new roof!

We live in a freehold town house and us as well as two of our neighbours required replacement of our shingles. We got multiple quotes and Desi's was the most competitive. We used a shingle with a 40yr warranty (we know we won't get 40 years, but more to say it was a higher end shingle) and they didn't cut any corners. The roof was completed in 2015 and looks as good today as it did back then. The staff was on time, did a solid job and their were no surprises.
