I called in January 19th and on January 23rd, they had my new Windshield in and installed on my vehicle. Quick and efficient service and I would highly recommend these people for all of you windshield repair/replacement needs. Took care of putting through my insurance without any issues. The glass guys is awesome words can't explain how much I appreciate a company that that stands for the level of honesty and professionalism that shown me I'll never go anywhere else to get by car glass work done as the glass guys are in a league by themselves no other company in this city will ever come close

The guys working there are great but the girl at the front desk is very rude. She wouldn't even look at me when I came in, was on her phone constantly and was impolite to customers calling in, frequently slamming down the phone. I would have rated the business higher if my experience with her was better.

Walked in and asked questions on pricing and such. They paid the deductible and I was able to get an appointment the next day. They also did a great job on the insulation as well.

When your employees treat customers this well... Well they refer more customers to you. Regardless if the chip/crack repair holds thanks for the top notch service.(Service was on 12/27/2019 just before closing)

Great service. My rear view mirror fell off the windshield. I brought it into The Glass Guys and they fixed it on the spot. Everyone there was very helpful and very nice. I would definitely recommend them and would return there for future business.Thanks guys! You helped me out of a jam this morning. Much appreciated!
