I ordered a few products from their website and was scheduled to pick it up the next day from their mailbox. I drove there, it took me a bit over half an hour. When I arrived, I learned to know that my order wasn't in the mailbox. The number that is provided on their website was turned off. I emailed and got a response after a little time. She told me that someone else might have picked up my order and it was not possible to bring me the products right away but she could either ship it to me or refund me my money.I appreciate her refunding my money, thats why I gave the 2 stars.But I dont believe that my order was ready to pick up in the first place. The mailbox contained old magazines that were never picked up, so it's a little suspicious, anyway..Because of my previous angry review (which I removed now), I got a lecture about Islam and patience by email.I think it is important to understand that you are running a business. People depend on you. It was a huge disappointment.I am sure she will learn and make it better next time for other customers.
