My fiancé paid for his items, after that the (extremely rude) employees said they didn’t receive it. We went to check his bank account and the money ($41.95) did in fact get taken out of his account. After we showed proof that their store had received payment from our account, they continued to say it didn’t and refused to give him his items that HE PAID FOR and refused any further help. Complete waste of time and incredibly dissatisfied with their customer service.
