I want to thank Dr. Lam Watt for taking good care of me. The way he and his staff did my implant with very good care. I had too much pain before but after implant everything so good.Thank you again to Dr. Watt & his staff.

I was very disappointed with the billing. No communication with the customer before the office start the treatment. I was billed high because of the x-rays. This office should hire professional billing services who know how to communicate with the customer.

Protect Yourself from this clinic ... Professionally Dishonest and this is dangerous ... for My wife had sever pain in one side of her lower jaw and she was referred to this clinic for deep cleaning by her dentist thinking that pain is because she needs deep cleaning. This clinic took 2-3 X-Rays when she already gave them 2-3, that her dentist took. She asked the Dr. that why she is having pain only one side, if she needs deep cleaning then it should be on both side. Dr. at this clinic, she said, we will see and even after insisting she didn't tell my wife. After deep cleaning, my wife asked again and Dr said to my wife that there is cavity in one of her tooth on the side where she is having pain. So practically, she held the information and provided treatment what was not the cause of the pain, this is extreme of professional dishonesty. Then my wife said, ok so fill this cavity, Dr said, for that you need to take another appointment and she is back home with the pain as it is. What a shame these people are. Its better you drive taxi and earn honestly than to be professionally dishonest to make money.

I want to thank Dr Lam Watt , and his staff members for taking such good care of me today , and on the 21st January. First session was taken care by Dr Lam Watt and Dr Nancy . First experience was really impressive .I was scared, but Dr Nancy was so wonderful , with her hard work and great experience .I was very happy with her . Please accept my thanks. Thank you very much from.the core of my heart.Today was the second session. Dr Christina took care of me .She also was remarkable.She was also very polite and made me comfortable. I had a very good experience with both of them.Will highly recommend people to choose them for their dental care .Staff at the reception are also very professional . I was impressed by their attitude. So am thank full to them too .Special thanks to all of you for taking care in this covid time.
