Penthouse suite was excellent, the staff were always courteous, kind and friendly. Unfortunately the casino was closed, however the live country music event that was on made for an excellent evening. One thing to note is that getting a drink at the event is slow there are only two bars in the venue which require additional staffing. Otherwise an overall fantastic experience, lots of dining options and overall the food is good.

We stayed at the Casino Rama Resort taking advantage of the Chris De Burgh Entertainment package. Sadly due to a hack on their systems the show was postponed by a week. When we arrived, the staff bent over backwards to make things right during the current situation. They were able to give us our fantastic King Bed Suite, lovely and very spacious room, and the bathroom...to die for. The concert was great, but started earlier than we were told. We had dinner and Breakfast at the Weir Restaurant. The staff were fantastic, food was great, and prices were reasonable. Even with the package, Valet parking was included. We recommend the Entertainment package for a couple who wants to see a show and have a nice getaway. WE WILL BE BACK

I went there yesterday because our phone said that they were good places to eat, that was the idea and after go gamble, but my wife and I were so disappointed the places were no longer open the actual casino was poor, almost empty and the only restaurant was the buffet, so we decided on it but then the man at the door told us that the buffet was also close till 430 pm we couldn't wait 4hrs to eat after a long drive. we left the place.

Food is terribly expensive and not much choice for smaller eaters. Gone are the days of a couple of places to choose from with quite a few folks around, and even Tim's is closed down.. maybe it has a better atmosphere during a concert or on a Friday or Saturday, but it was awfully sparse only improving a bit later in the day..

Just saw Collective Soul and they rocked! Great venue and performance. Sound was high quality too. They could use more bars for Alcohol service...lineups were long. The location is way better than going downtown Toronto!

I am surprised how empty this place was, usually casinos are busy, parking lots were almost empty, we saw only one tour bus. Just the buffet alone is worth driving here. The service was impressive, food choices and the quantity of the food was very good. I would encourage people to come and visit.

Amazing place. So much to do and see. Staff are always most helpful.Have spent the night there in the past, and I was very impressed with the roomAlthough a tad expensive if you just need a place to crash for the night but if you are making a weekend of it or 2 days 1 night, Treat yourself.I have seen many concerts there and never had a complaint. Staff helpful and accommodating.Tons of slot machines, card tables and several restaurants throughout.Wish they still had the buffet. Hopefully they bring it back.

Didn't stay at the hotel, just attended a concert. Very well organized. Sound was good. EV chargers by the front door - thank you! Maybe not their fault but someone needs to fix the traffic lights getting out of the parking lot. It was 11 pm on a weeknight and the casino was closed and took ages to do a left turn. Not a soul on the road but the lights aren't organized to stay on longer so people can exit properly.
