45 days to resolve a misunderstanding about my student file, whilst my student fees are due now, recurring bills and everything. Quebec is, has always been, and will always be in a different time zone than North America. Keep your distances, as much as you can! They're not worth your precious time (my actual rating: minus 5 stars).

It's a joke

The worst government bureaucracy I've ever encountered. 3 days in a row with a recording saying they aren't taking calls. Months of delays, ridiculous questions holding things up forever. They don't want to help anybody!

Horrible experience. They keep posting on the website that I'm owed $17000, but when I had a place to live my cheque never came. Now, because of them, I've been homeless for a year, and they still tell me that they owe me money. What's the point of being owed money if I can never get it? I couldn't stay in school without money.I've given them the address of my shelter, if they want to help me go to school, fine. Otherwise, get the heck out of my life Quebec government. When I went to your Toronto office, you did absolutely nothing for me, except to laugh at me and give me the same phone number that hangs up on me all the time. If I could give you negative stars, I would. And you think you can run a country? Good luck with that!

Me disent de fournir une preuve de revenus pour 2022 alors que quand j'ai fait ma demande de prêts et bourses à l'été 2022, on m'a dit que je n'avais pas à déclarer les mesures d'Emploi-Québec reçues pour le programme d'études précédent. Ils sont toujours mêlés et j'ai toujours eu un service assez médiocre avec l'AFE.

I can never ever reach them over the phone, neither in French nor in English. I've tried every day at all hours, for years. Not only this, but the correspondence that I receive never spells my name correctly. Impossible to access their services.
