My girlfriend came in asking questions about a game she wanted and the staff was extremely condescending to her. We went to Walmart instead.

My daughter bought a roblox giftcard with her own money. She was very excited until she got home and I went to redeem the card and there was an unexpected error with the code. I called the store since I live 60km from the store. I told to the gentleman, Noah, who sold the card to my wife and daughter. They cannot do anything at the store level with their gift cards. So he told me he has no management at the store and to call customer service for a replacement, but he didn't know the customer service phone number for Gamestop (even though he works there), told me I had to find it myself on google and then failed to tell me that customer service is not open on the weekend. The level of intelligence and customer service from a store representative was pathetic.

Super quick and easy. The cashier was nice and was cracking jokes with me.

Staff are always helpful. Always helpful with the kids with questions about games coming out.

Bought a couple of PS4 recharged controllers while visiting WPG.The first one I tried when getting back to my home community, had some stick drift but nothing that will affect my gaming, I can repair it when I have to. The second one I got was a white/black version. Looked nice enough but couldn't even use the buttons as they were stuck, had to push hard in order some to work. PS button, directional, X, square, triangle, circle and the pad as well.Took it apart to see what was the issue, and was surprised at how filthy the inside was. I mean do they even inspect these controllers when they refurbish" them?I contacted GS and they asked about sending this controller in

I just called today and I'm disappointed that they can't hold a batman figure that I want till I come on Friday very not happy about that

Just tried to take a game back that was unopened and was the wrong system, they would not exchange this game even tho the plastic was still on completely. Very POOR service.
