Terrible service, all the people in front of me were experiencing issues too. I was given the wrong package, the workers are all rude, unknowledgeable, and unprofessional.

Looks like new management and the service has improved. Brian is exceptional when it comes to service. He is quick, polite and does not waste any time. Would definitely return here to ship all my packages.

This is a great location. The owner Bryan is fantastic. He is quick and efficient, friendly and there never seems to be a line up when I am there. I do a lot of shipping for my small business and this is the location that I use to do that shipping.

Been going to Bridgeport Stamps for four years. I go out of my way to go there because if I need help with a package they give it to me like they’re helping an old friend. If I don’t need help they move things along quickly and easily.

Horrible customer service. The Asian lady works there was extremely rude. I tried to avoid going there. Totally ruined my morning and maybe her negative vibes reflects on her business.

Since new management I will go out of my way to send packages from this post office. Brian is incredibly quick and efficient which makes for a smooth experience. He is also knowledgeable on all things postage and is super friendly!

Bryan is very friendly. I had no idea how to mail out stuff, so I went in there to ask for help and Bryan has answered all my questions, and he is knowledgable of what he is doing! :)

Brian is SO quick with the process. I had about 40 parcels that needed to be sent out and it took him less than 20 minutes to process all of my orders. It would have normally taken about an hour at another office to complete the same number of parcels, so his efficiency is incredible. I'm definitely going to this office a lot more often. Thanks!

Just terrible...called at least 5 times yesterday, and 3 times today. Each time it went to voicemail. Received a notice on June 13 saying that my item is at their location and will be held until June 12?? Makes no sense. I wasn't even notified that my item was at their location and for me to pick it up....how are they still around
