Just wanted to say Thank you to Toby Diewert, total professionalism, very responsive. His crews did a great job!! I have nothing negative to say about the whole experience. Except... I don't ever want to have to see him again. Only because it means I have another insurance claim. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend First General Restoration. We had a pipe burst in our ceiling of our kitchen and had a plumber fix the pipe issue but were left with some major water damage to the ceiling and wall. I Called First General and spoke to Toby, I explained the situation and he was down at our place to have a look. The service Toby and his crew provided was excellent from top to bottom and start to finish. We”re very happy with the work completed and now have our Kitchen back. Thank you Toby and John.

Last winter our kitchen's ceiling had ice damage. Toby Diewert, the Project Manager, came to our house to evaluate the work that was needed. John, the carpenter/painter/multitasking, did a great job with high quality and on time. Both Toby and were super polite and professional. We're very happy with the work completed and now have our Kitchen's ceiling back.

I had a large bough from a tree fall on my roof causing damage to the ceilings and attic . As a result of this my ceilings had to be replaced along the west side of my house. There was also some damaged shingles and an eaves trough that need replacement. It was decided that we would need to move out of our house while the repairs were done.First General were notified and Rick, in particular, was in charge of the project and walked me through what needed to be done. Everything was handled in a professional manner by all members of his team and time lines were met, which was greatly appreciated. The subcontractor also did an excellent job and I was extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend their company

After we had flood damage in our basement, our insurance company matched us up with First General Winnipeg to get the needed repairs done.John and Gage provided A+ service. Their workmanship was flawless and they worked as a team to get the floor scraped and prepped, new flooring installed and the dry wall replaced and painted.Our initial contact was with Toby and he worked with our insurance Co. to get an estimate approved and the work done.Recommendation- for excellent workmanship, timely completion and professional but friendly service don't hesitate to call First General.Margaret and Stan

I would like to commend and thank Toby from First General for a job well done! We had a kitchen fire at home on a Wednesday, reported it to the insurance broker on Thursday morning, at noon Him and Doug Friesen, the adjustor from Centra Claims came to check the damage. Toby and his team started the restoration that same day! I was really impressed with the quickness of their services, professionalism and my experience with them is top notch! They gave us all our clean stuff back labeled, packaged nicely and neatly in boxes. We were back home in only just 2 weeks. I definitely recommend Toby and his whole team at First General Services.
