Resound School of Music

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience with this school. The owner, Phil, was pleasant during our consultation, and he did set us up with an instructor who was also nice (although both arrived late for their appointments). I ended up signing up for a trial lesson. After deciding to go with another school, I tried calling them to cancel my payments (they billed me for a month of lessons in advance). It took almost a week for Phil to return my emails, in which he agreed to refund my payment and stop billing me for future lessons. It's now a month later and I just received an invoice for the following month saying my card has been charged again. Needless to say, I'm not happy with my experience with the school so far.Update: the owner advised that my account was billed in error and I have been issued a refund.

We had great experience learning from this school. The teacher Laura was so fun and happy, making each lesson a good memory to me and my daughter. She even played duet The First Novel with my 6 year old daughter in the online recital last winter, making her little dream come true. Though we had to leave now because Laura moved to the US last month and my daughter’s former teacher was available to teach, I would recommend Resound school to anyone I know. It’s a place offering reasonable price and friendly service, very suitable for someone who wants to open the door of music but still wandering in front of it. The cancellation policy is simple and the refund is easy, which means you don’t need to concern too much before deciding to go for a musical journey. It’s different from the organizations where people only pay attention to your pocket. I wish more kids and adults could enjoy the beauty of music with the help of Resound school.

My daughter had been learning piano for 4 years and decided that she was interested in playing popular music rather than strictly classical. We signed on the Resound and connected with Arielle who teaches piano and voice. My daughter has a great time with Arielle, especially during their voice exercises. Her confidence is growing and she is more invested in the music that she is playing.

I've loved taking lessons from Resound School of Music. Their overall communication is excellent and the instructors are kind and supportive.

Well organized music institute and qualified instructor. Teacher Alan taught my left handed daughter play Guitar with right hand with patience and guidance. She is lear t it well to continue her music in future. Thanks.

Perfect guitar teacher. Resound's system included a very well crafted intake interview. It was an enjoyable experience. This lead to us being paired with an amazing guitar instructor. Lessons are in our home. Our child is autistic and the teacher is patient and flexible and a real joy to watch interact with her. We are thrilled.

I was looking for an in studio school, but they do not offer. However, they had been very helpful in pointing me to a music school at a location convenient to me, even though they didn't have to. So, positive experience on customer service.
