Believe all the reviews you see below, they are truly top notch. My moms car needed brake and rotor service, called them morning of, they took the car in, sent me a detailed video and text with pictures of what the issue was, took the time to speak with me as well and explain what may have caused it and fixed it up. Car was dropped off at 9am, had it back by 3pm, and they even offered me transportation. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my moms car as well. Definitely a 5 star business and will go back here again. Thanks Todd and Matt for all your help and honesty and reliable service.

Excellent customer service. My Rav 4 was taken for an oil change and was checked over. Service was completed in a timely manner and was cleaned inside. I'll take my vehicle back here again.

This was our first time here after our long time mechanic retired, and we were a bit uncertain after a bad recent experience with a local dealership. We shouldn't have worried. The experience was excellent. Matt couldn't have been more helpful, and when a parts delivery delay required us to leave our vehicle over the weekend we were given a loaner (that my wife loved) with absolutely no fuss or bother. We highly reccommend!

They performed a wheel bearing repair on my ~6 year old Golf R. Their quote was high after calling around, but they were able to get me in right away which is why I went forward with them.They did ultimately replace the wheel bearing, but they also put me on the backfoot by telling me they were not confident it was a wheel bearing issue (I had assumed from the noise/feel) and essentially shaming me for not paying them to diagnose the issue.Additionally, they told me my rotor was frozen to the hub and they had no option but to damage it while removing it. I was then charged full retail price for a new rotor.In the end, I got the car back at the promised time (and I must say - nicely detailed and cleaned!). But I paid more than I would at competing garages, the price of a rotor was added to the repair, and the premium price didn't quite seem to line up with the service (get more creative removing the frozen rotor? Or at least split the cost of the rotor rather than charging me full repair?)

Took my car in to Stop and Go for a general inspection, brake work, seal and gasket replacements, and some other maintenance. They were awesome. Kept me informed, got all of the work done quick, and reviewed it all afterwards. Solid advice without pressure, on what I should expect for upcoming maintenance. All around great experience. I will definitely go see them again, and would recommend them without hesitation.

I’ve been a customer for several years, yet I find it difficult whenever I attempt to write a review. My experiences have been so overwhelmingly positive, in every aspect, that it’s nearly impossible to summarize the numerous highlights! My car is old & I’m old too, a single mother as well & these things make me vulnerable to unscrupulous service centres…I have had more than my fair share of being taken advantage of! Furthermore, I’ve been negligent in caring for my vehicle…lengthy periods between oil changes for example. I’ve had intimidating experiences with judgemental service managers at other institutions which made me feel ashamed & embarrassed. There were a couple of occasions when my primary auto centre was a dealership ( family connections), but dire circumstances made me turn to Stop N Go. Always pleasant, empathetic & kind, I felt valued & important in spite of my loyalty to a dealership vs StopnGo. In emergencies, StopnGo came through for me when no other would. Since that time, Stop n Go has gained my absolute loyalty. I will never go elsewhere. Matt, the service manager is amazing! His holistic approach is reminiscent of an awesome family doctor, ( I’m a retired ER nurse ). He is gentle, kind, compassionate & enthusiastic with infinite patience. He’s an excellent listener & is able to discern the important details through my ravings. He’s understanding of my financial constraints & gives priority to essential vs non essential requirements. More than once, he was able to offer a less expensive method to get the job done! For example, just this week, I requested new headlights, but he offered a much, much less expensive renewal procedure which proved highly effective. The mechanics are highly accurate & efficient. Years & years of brake & steering issues unresolved by my dealership were recognized & corrected at economical cost. I’d complained over & over to the point where I gave up ( I thought I was crazy )…this mechanic picked up on the trouble immediately. Fabulous results with minor costs. ( there was debris in the fluids : a simple fix that was likely not worth the time of my previous service centres )The assessment is highly intensive, but there is no pressure to proceed with repairs. Like a good physician, the issues are noted & observed . Matt operates like a Triage nurse. Safety & economy seem to be the priority here over $$$. The shuttle service is awesome, although I’ve never had the need, there are loaner cars. A full detailing, thorough cleaning interior & exterior is always included at no cost with oil changes…the owner created this position for a special needs individual! I’ve rambled on too long, so I will summarize like this: as an owner of an old vehicle, I feel confident & protected with the knowledge that I can always count on Stop N Go to keep me going with good old fashioned integrity & excellence in customer service & workmanship! The epitome of trustworthy reliability which is so rare in these times we live!

Yesterday I had a driving exam at early morning! During my road to driving centre I got an issue with wheels. I arrive to this service even before official open hours and ask them to fix issue as fast as possible, my time before road test was very limited. They fixed issue in a few minutes and even did not take any money for that. They are professionals, and just good, kind guys who know their business and definitely without them I would not have been able to go to the exam.Thank you guys for your help!
