Lived here for 4 months. Great place except the units don't have air conditioner. So I don't recommend it for summer term.

Great townhouses to live in while studying at UW. I personally love that the townhouses feel very much like a regular house as opposed to student dorms. I also love the views and the quiet and comfortable environment. Definitely worth the price :)

Good houses for UW students. They are all the same shape. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and basement half finished.

Ok for the price but the lack of AC units some of the houses is inexcusable. Waterloo in the summer can be sweltering.

Almost perfect. I doesn't have air conditioning, so it gets challenging on summer. Luckily summer in Waterloo is short.

Great place for students who came with the family. The houses are cozy and have a very good size. Very close to the University.

Nice accommodation provided by University to graduate students and UG students. Place os little disconnected from the city and is not even very close to University. Prices are higher compared to rentibg your own place in Waterloo. There is bus service from university to this place but frequency is not very great though.
