Dr. Palmer is awesome. He made a comprehensive examination of my son, listened to my concerns, read all the answers of the questionnaire and asked many questions. He spent lots of time for my son and did not rush us at all. He also communicated with my son kindly. I was so relieved after seeing him and was sure that he didn't miss anything.Also his staff were amazing. The receptionist, a very friendly and polite gentleman, helped us. The nurse, a very kind and nice lady, measured my son's height and weight and blood pressure.Thank you Dr. Palmer and staff for making doctor's appointment a great experience for parents and children.

Do not take your kids to this clinic at all or they'll be stolen. Former child steeler jennifer Reed macpherson used to work there. I know she stole my child. The alberta Children's Hospital steals children with the luna center.

This is what modern healthcare should look like. These Doctors always take the time (and book your appointment accordingly) to discuss in-depth all your concerns and issues. They look at your case before you show up, consult with other members of your child's medical team and provide amazing care to the kids entrusted in their care. Amazing all around.

Love Dr Amy Chow. She's great, listens to my concerns. Very willing to work with us. And investigate anything I have questioned or am concerned about. Willing to work with other health professionals to get their impressions of things they may have seen(like speech path)I don't seem to have issues getting my kids in at all. Or switch to phone call appointments when kids where sick(during covid)I recommend Dr chow to everyone !

What a fantastic experience. It all starts even before you get there with extremely detailed information and directions as to how to prepare and what to do before your visit. Once you get there the office is easy to find. Located on the second floor of the building. Once you exit the elevators the office will be a few steps away on your right. Once in the office you are greeted by a very positive, enthusiastic and caring staff member, and shortly after taken to a room. The pediatrician that checked our son was incredible. From her bedside manners, to her professionalism, we were very happy with her. Overall, this is a great place and you leave feeling you are in good hands.

Just had my 3rd or 4th appt here with Dr. Michelle Biscoff and she is just absolutely wonderful. She spent well over 30 minutes answering the questions I had about my 6 month old son. Her bedside manner is incredible and she is extremely personable. I’m so thankful I was referred to such a wonderful doctor! Thank you Dr. Bischoff!

Staff was less than friendly, except for one man at the front who was wonderful to speak with! As for our doctor, he was dismissive and did not listen to my concerns. Didn’t seem to have the time. My husband took my son to an appointment and the doctor took me not being there as a chance to tell my husband he must pressure me into giving our baby food that he was allergic to. After seeking a second opinion, our new doctor has confirmed that I was correct in not listening to this paediatrician as giving my son the food would have sent him into anaphylaxis and possibly could’ve killed him. This clinic is a joke, take your children elsewhere.

Dr. Palmer goes above & beyond for an appointment. He prepares & reads the file beforehand. His thorough & thoughtful bedside manner puts my son at ease. We both appreciate Dr. Palmer’s attention to detail & listening skills.

Dr Purtzki is a wonderful physician. Very kind, patient and knowledgable. Have had good experiences with the front desk staff too!

We love it here! Dr. Dergousoff is incredible. She is genuine in her care for our daughter, ensuring she does everything she can, definitely going above and beyond. She is thoughtful, letting us know test results as soon as possible and alleviating our worry. She is brilliant with the most authentically kind demeanour. She listens to all our concerns and takes the time to explain any medical jargon we don’t quite understand. We love her, our daughter loves her, our extended family loves her because we are always talking about her high standard of care. We are so happy we were referred to her.
