Nice shop - Great products. Minus 1 star for the shipping, it’s my 3 time ordering online and the delays are always very weirdly long, just keep in mind if you are in a rush for a gift or anything. Won’t stop me from shopping there.

Manque de communication avec les clients, ils ne pouvaient pas avoir mon produits (problème de fournisseur) et ne m’ont pas avertis, après 2 courriels pour les relancer ils ont finis par m’informer de la situation et m’ont proposé de l’avoir dans une autre couleur, j’ai accepté parce que cela faisait déjà longtemps que j’attendais.. finalement ce n’est vraiment pas le même produits, je ne l’aime pas tellement.. Je suis vraiment déçue!

Perhaps the in-store experience is better than the online experience. You may look at my review history and see that I never leave bad reviews but I'm appalled at the service I received here.I ordered 3 items on April 11thReceived a shipping notification on April 15th however, the tracking never progressed past a shipping label was created"I finally reached out on May 5

Ma commande a été placé il y a un mois et je n’ai toujours rien reçu, aucune réponse à mes 3 courriels qui ont été envoyé; je veux un remboursement complet ,aucune considération pour leurs clients, tres décevant pour une première commande, dommage le concept semblait bon

I was instantly drawn to Boutique Ousias upon walking in, but more so the owner Rosiane, who is extremely knowledgeable about all her products and gives great advice. There’s a great ambiance and it’s location is super practical. Even on deliveries, their shipments arrive quickly. I am a huge fan of their product lines and what they stand for (sourcing local eco lines and natural based products). 5 stars for me.
