Tried getting a hold of these people they never answer there phone. I have been trying to resolve a matter now for a while no call back.

These people are completely unprofessional. Placed item on credit file with no merit to do so. They were give police incident numbers and fraud reports and still will not remove. My advice is get legal to deal with these people. No return calls and they avoid you!

Received a letter of collections few months ago, have been trying to get a hold of ''Ms Walsh for months now with no return call, trying to take care of this matter- worst company ever!

Begrudgingly dealt with Mrs. Walsh of this company today. Came to a conclusion albeit through several hostile phone calls. Was happy to deal with my debt but Mrs. Walsh should really consider another line of work if she cannot deal with clients and customers in a polite professional manner.

I dealt with an awful woman, who took her bad day out on me, then hung up on me when I asked for amount owed and reference number. For a legitimate company, they sure do act like a scam.
