Mint Massage Therapy

Emesha was very welcoming and made my first visit very comfortable and relaxing.I have a regular RMT that I visit monthly but she wasn’t available early enough for me so I decided to give mint a try as I read plenty of good reviews. I’m glad I did.The location wasn’t super clearly advertised outside, but it was easy enough to find (head to the door with a big C on it from the front lot). The inside was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere.Emesha greeted me and welcomed me in at the door. They were friendly and professional from the start and I felt like I was in good hands. They went through what they would be working on and recommended the mint oil which was very soothing.My massage was thorough and focused on problem areas. Emesha always informed me when they were doing something and made sure I was comfortable at all times.I left feeling relaxed, in a lot less pain and very happy with my experience. I’ll definitely be visiting this location again and I’m glad I was in such skilled care from Emesha.Highly recommended.

Mint Massage Therapy is a lovely, professional place for a massage. On a sunny day, the sunlight floods the reception area and even some of the rooms. Karagin provided massages that were tailored to my individual needs. 10/10. Definitely recommend coming here for a massage. The environment is aesthetically pleasing. Good leadership shines through in this business.

I recently had a massage with Emesha and would highly recommend them!I’ve had many massages from many different massage therapists in my day and this one was definitely in the top 3.Emesha is very thoughtful, respectful, and a good communicator. They are very skilled at their trade. I came in for a relaxing massage and I left feeling loose, relaxed, light, and wonderful.The location is great too, the room I was in and the lobby area were very clean, the decor was lovely, and Emesha chose great calming music.Cannot recommend Emesha enough!

I had Julie as my massage therapist, and I had a fantastic experience. Julie was very attentive to what my goals of the treatment were, and she applied the perfect amount of pressure. I also work as a massage therapist and since my massage I have had a major reduction in muscle pain/fatigue while working. Booked a second visit before leaving.

I absolutely love going to Skye for massage, and Julie for lymphatic drainage - they are both so accommodating, caring, and always seem to know exactly what I need. I always leave feeling refreshed - Mint has an incredible team of practitioners, and such a calming atmosphere!

Great experience! Julie is very good at what she does, and she's easy to get along with. I came in with numbness and tingling in my right hand. After one treatment, I'm already experiencing relief! I highly recommend Julie.

Taylar is an absolutely superb massage therapist who has a healing and soothing touch that is rare. I had a session with her nearly ten years ago and never forgot it. On a recent trip to Winnipeg, I found her listing and booked another session with her. She has gotten even better! She is also a warm, kind, and gentle person who obviously cares about her clients as people. Great massage therapists are hard to find. I highly recommend her for an exceptional experience.

The ambience of the facility is great! From the tasteful decor to the friendly, genuine greetings to the peaceful background music, an excellent atmosphere to relax and lean into the deepness of such an amazing massage as the day's knots are smoothed away... Thank you for making me feel new again - will be back soon!

I have been seeing Julie for almost a year and I cannot say enough good things about her as a practitioner! As a physician and human with a history of pain, I know it is a complex experience. Julie is truly committed to educating and treating the whole person. She is very knowledgeable and is always studying to learn more so she can be the best practitioner she can be. I have had both massage and manual lymphatic drainage with Julie which has really improved my overall well being as well as pain/discomfort.As a BIPOC woman, I feel safe and welcome in the Mint Massage space.Thanks for everything you do, folks!

I went to Mint for the first (but definitely not last!) time yesterday, & had a wonderful treatment with Emesha.They were great at communicating everything they were doing, & were kind & non-judgmental. I felt very comfortable in their capable hands.My persistent lower back tension was alleviated afterward, such that I was able to do my exercises with greater ease!I will definitely book with them again. I recommend them for release treatments!
