Szechuan Noodle Bowl

First time here! Went with a group of friends and we all loved it. Amazing noodles and portions were really good

Ordered Dan Dan noodles, cauliflower with cumin and lettuce roots.Best Dan Dan noodles so far of all the dan dan noodles I've had.Lettuce root dish had amazing black vinegar soy sauce. Cauliflower was tasty due to the cumin and spice oil.

I come here every week now. I love the noodle soups. The broth is flavorful and you can adjust how spicy you like your soup since Szechuan chili is more of a numbing spicy. I always get medium. The spinach noodles have a great chew to it. I didn't like the machine chopped noodles as much because it was too thick. Get the first thing on the menu, and the second thing on the menu. I like it with beef or pork intestines!

Super excited this place opened their Dt location. I can imagine I will save so much times to go to Mississauga from now.Food is good as always. Strongly recommend everyone.

I literally followed this place from Hamilton to Mississauga and now downtown. Amazing noodles and my favourite Bo Bo chicken.I would definitely come again and again and again.

Grand opening recently and had to try to see if there is authentic Szechuan food around the area. Ordered A04. Hot special sliced noodle (spicy, with ground pork), E01. Spicy roasted duck with pepper and chilli, E13. Sauteed chicken, Szechuan style (boneless) and E29. Yu-shiang shredded pork.The noodles are ridiculously good. It is made in store and cooked to the right texture (soft in the edges and toothsome in the thicker parts). The broth is reasonably flavored without overwhelming your tastebuds. Ground pork (more accurately a ground pork sauce, think bolognese without the tomatoes) adds so much to the broth and noodles. This is a very authentic, well made bowl of noodles, and the reason it deserves a 5 star.Roasted duck is not the expected peppery flavor, but still really delicious. I wouldn't recommend trying this because the duck pieces are ~70% bone. That said, you may still want to try this for the flavor.Sauteed chicken (boneless) is not quite what you expect. The chicken is deep fried in small pieces (1 cm cubes) and then sauteed with pepper and spices. The flavor is exactly like another Szechuan dish, spicy boiled fish fillet, which is quite interesting. Not authentic, but tasty nonetheless.Yu-Shiang shredded pork is (you may see the pattern here) unexpected. They use jointed wax gourd, which is not very traditional, but adds extra sweetness to the dish. The sauce is awesome, but lacks sourness (great because I dislike sour things, but not so great according to my friends during the meal).Overall, I think this is a must try just for the Szechuan noodles. I would adjust expectations when coming to other dishes on the menu. Regardless, I am recommending this to my friend and will be returning soon.

Delicious. My favorite place in Toronto for Southern Chinese noodles.Authentic rich taste. Just the right type of spicy. Generous portions. Chewy noodles. Delicious side dishes.Going back there for sure.

This is the first time ever I found a place where whatever i ordered was outstanding! Honestly, I hope they keep their authentic quality of their dishes like this all the time. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want delicious authentic Chinese food.
