A fantastic experience at RAB! From the initial call to see when we could book our vehicle in, to picking it up...it was a truly seamless experience. A rear side panel had to be replaced due to a hit and run accident, so RAB ordered the replacement panel and had us quickly hooked up with a rental through enterprise. They explained the process ahead of time in an email so that I could refer back the day prior to dropping off. The part took a lot longer to arrive than they expected, but regardless- they kept us in the loop every day through a quick text. I had never experienced such thorough service from a repair shop. Highly recommend. Oh, and the best part- they gave our suv a nice detail before handing over the keys. It looked so sharp, and the repair was flawless.

Amazing to deal with. They went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. They did an excellent paint job on my Tesla as well. They had a really high quality of work.Would highly recommend to anyone seeking body work.

I took my vehicle in to have a hail claim repaired and they did such a great job. Not only was the work great but their customer service was amazing. they made the process with the rental car, communication, drop off and pick up as easy as possible and were very flexible and quick to respond. I highly suggest RAB to everyone!

I have been taking my cars here for 30 years and have never been disappointed. They do quality work which survives the test of time. I’ve never had any rust or discoloration from the repairs and I keep my vehicles for a long time, so I know from actual experience. Mike and team do great work and are easy to work with. I was really happy with their communication and they do good work. We were re-scheduled a couple times waiting for parts, which is out of their control. When we were booked in they were still waiting for parts for hidden damage that was uncovered. Subsequently this resulted in us paying for insurance on the rental vehicle a lot longer than we anticipated. I recommend this business.

Lack of a flow of Information, and constantly moving booking date back! The default answer is parts on backorder, yeah right.The delays are really only part of the problem. Through all of this over a period of over six months, not once has an anyone from RAB, called to talk to me, only through passive aggressive text messages. Also the tone of the text messages are frankly condescending. THE ABSOLUTE WORST ASPECT IS THE TOTAL REFUSAL TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BACK ORDERS!!! Always its the supplier it's not us... Hello you chose the supplier.
