Did a professional job on my carpets and ducts. Left my carpets spotless and smelling fresh. Will recommend this company to anyone

How come its possible to get the vacuum cleaner full of dust cakes even after the steam clean ? They dont guarantee stain removal but they dont hve any way to prove that the carpet is cleaned...complained thrice to home depot about the experience but unfortunately nobody is there at steam dry to service.....It's just like getting a worn shirt dry cleaned on which stains are not removed but one can smell the bad order....which steam dry is not ready to accept.

Russ carrier was the service technician who cleaned our ducts. He was professional and considerate. We have 3 cats to work around and our tenant upstairs has 2 cats russ was so accommodating. I cant praise him enough

I inquired about air duct cleaning and they claimed they were affiliated with Home Depot Cleaning. Looked like a big scam to me.

Too many extra fees for duct cleaning, clean the fan and spray in the duct both needs extra fee and did not claim that in the quote. For the seal off pipes, still apply the charge but only stuch the compress air in it to do brief cleaning.

Jimmy came to do duct cleaning. He did a great and thorough job! Peace of mind living in our clean house now! We definitely recommend his service!

Recently moved into a not so new house. The ducts and carpets were in bad shape and the carpets particularly needed special treatment due to pet pee all over the place. I was to either throw them out or clean them spotless. I called steam dry and they did excellent job cleaning up to standard. You could smell freshness by the time they left. They surely turned the house into the home I own today. They also gave advise on how to maintain clean ducts for clean air circulation and not use them as 'garbage chutes'. Excellent and very professional. Attention to detail. You could see the passion in what they did. I will definitely call them again in future. Would I recommend them?... Anytime.

Called them for duct cleaning and it was a horrible experience!! Never ever would we recommend them to anyone!Issues we faced:1. They did not open the vents that were screwed in to clean, just held the nozzle in the gaps. How is that supposed to clean the vent?2. They did not properly seal the vent they opened.3. They got angry that they were being followed" while we were simply looking at what they were doing. It is our house

We needed to have all the carpets professionally cleaned. Previously I was cleaning the carpets with a small residential machine I had purchased but we needed full steam cleaning to deal with multiple stains and smell. The technician Russ did a very good job and the carpets look and smell like new again.The ventilation ducts and dryer vent were quite dusty/dirty/restricting airflow and had not been cleaned for about 3 years and the Technician Russ had very good equipment and know-how and now the ducts are working perfectly and we feel much healthier and safer already.

Perfect a vent, duct and furnace cleaning service!! He solved something of burning smell when I turned on central air conditioning. He took and showed a picture before and after. Nice and gentle man!! Highly recommend this cleaning service!!
