I had a bad experience, these people are very unprofessional. First off their waiting time for a massage is unacceptable, 2 weeks for an appointment? Who do you guys think you are brain surgeons?But the worst is yet to come, they gave me an appointment in two weeks and then cancelled a couple of hours before I was supposed to go in. The irony is that they have a policy stating that if you don't cancel at least the day before, they'll charge you $50, whilst they take the liberty to cancel on you last minute! Hypocrites.When I expressed my disappointment, they offered me another appointment when it was more convenient to them i.e. 9 o'clock in the morning on a Friday!? People work at that time, I can just come in when it works for you, after you cancelled on me! I wasn't even offered a discount or a voucher for something complimentary to make up for their incompetence.Very rude, unethical and unprofessional. This was my experience, I suggest you go somewhere else, I know I did.

I’ve been to Fusion three separate times for three different issues. I’ve had physio from Erin, Suzanne and Shannon. Each one of them was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Within just a few weeks they had me just about 100%. I had a great experience booking and they were even able to get me in for a last minute treatment when I had a painful injury. The support staff are very attentive and make sure you are comfortable at all times. I highly recommend Fusion Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre.

I had a great experience with Fusion. I found them professional, reasonably priced and attentive to my needs. I worked with one physio in particular, who provided the assessment, and conducted the hands on" pressure treatment. I also had exercises that I was provided

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always greeted with a smile at the front and they always work hard to accommodate my busy schedule to fit me in. I highly recommend this place.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable & caring from the front desk to therapists to the student interns. The cleanliness of the facility, now, and before the pandemic was top notch. Once Fusion reopened, I did not have any reservations about returning, knowing that customer care was already at the forefront of the business. Keep up the great work.
