Matt was quick to respond to our request for an inspection of the home we were considering for purchase. It is an older home and we were concerned there may be issues due to its age.He got the inspection completed in a timely manner and made it possible for us to put an offer in while feeling confident we weren't going to be caught unawares with expensive repairs.Matt was also fair-priced and competent. Matt with Northern Home Inspections is amazing. I have been a realtor and real estate investor in the area for over 20 years.
