I had my PGWP delayed for months. I contacted Mr. Ken Hardie's office and I was directed to Kuldip (as expected as she was the one to help with my sister's child and husband case). In no time, Kuldip started the process but everything got delayed due to IRCC strike. When I contacted back, Kuldip dealt so patiently and immediately. In no time, I got my permit approved. Kuldip is so patient with your application, responsive, concerned, organized and result oriented. I really thank her and whole team for making our hard lives easier especially mine who has been waiting for work permit for so long. (Almost 9 months)

I must say very professional and efficient service. My citizenship application is under process since September 2022 and I called Ken Hardie's office for application status. Case manager Kuldip Kaur Bhangu helped us a lot and responded very quickly. She is very informative and helpful. I received the status in couple of days.
