Wonderful service! We were on our way back to Vancouver Island, racing to catch a ferry when we got a flat just outside Sorrento. The team at Sorrento Tirecraft, hooked us up, squeezed us in and got us on our way! Service doesn't get any better than this!

So helpful in a time of need. Best tire service I’ve had. We suddenly got a flat while out of town on a rental, and they were so quick to help us out with such friendly service. Truly appreciated their help and how kind they were! Definitely go here for all of your tire needs!

Was camping back country when I got a flat tire.Saturday late afternoon, near closing, they were able to squeeze me in. They were able to patch my tires and I was back on the road.I am incredibly grateful to them, short staff, near closing time, and they were willing to help me, with smiles too. Great price. Just honest work! Thank you!! From a girl and her travelling cat.

Ian and the boys at tire craft really came through for us! On our travels camping we notice our trailer tire had completely worn and was about to blow. We pulled in and the boys had us back on the road in 20min!! Total life saver with 2 toddlers and a dog on a hot day! I have never experienced amazing service like that and I highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks so much to Ian & Cheers boys!

Outstanding service all around!!While traveling towards Sorrento I could hear what sounded like something wrong with my axel. This is the only place that said they would take a look at my car. The problem ended up being an easy fix and I was back on the road in no time. Great service and very friendly staff.

Besides being part of our little community here for quite a while now, Ian and his staff ‘could’ take easy advantage of the many travellers who get into trouble on the highway, coming and going. However, I think we can safely assume they are as honest with others as they have been with us over the years and with our different issues and vehicles. The professionalism, quick turn-around, discussions before taking on larger jobs and the reasonable charges make us stay loyal to this small business. Word of mouth gets around fast in places like Sorrento and their great reputation is well deserved. Let’s hope they are with us for a long time yet. Garages and mechanics aren’t always this open, honest and reliable. Kudos to all the staff!

We were stuck, and it was closing time for tirecraft , and had to change the hitch ball on our hitch and Riley came over happy and so helpful, he took the hitch out , cleaned everything up so it would slide in and out properly, put the new ball on, cleaned up the old ball and they were awesome Thank you Riley and team.
