Tt was a horrible experience with Sara the manger, very frustrating !! No respect at all to anything, confusing conversations and she treats clients like nothing because she has a lot of students so it allows her to be rude and not focus on different needs, she kept changing her options ! I was patient because of the good reviews that I saw but she was given me different answers and pulling me in different directions because she's always VERY busy and do not have time to focus or even meet my daughter! I really don't understand how they can treat parents and kids just like business and not listen!!
