I was looking for a couple of documents I couldn't find at the Whatcom County Treasurer's office. So I called WLT and spoke with Audriana. She was wonderful! She very quickly found the documents I needed and emailed them to me. And, to top it off, I didn't have to pay anything. Talk about professional service. WLT has it in spades!

After I purchased a property they put the wrong owner address. I called to ask them to change it and they never did!!! This caused all of my property tax statements to go to some irrelevant address. They also left me in the dark on HOA fees, and it still has not been resolved. Terrible to work with!

I have been a real estate agent in Bellingham, Washington, and Whatcom County since 2004. I have used Whatcom Land Title Company so many times I cannot even count. They are a great local title and escrow company here in Whatcom County, and they do an amazing job of customer service as well as title and escrow services for my buyers and sellers of real estate. Their customer service department is always fast and prompt whenever I have requested real estate documents, such as codes, covenants and restrictions, homeowners association, documents, plat, maps, or any other recorded document pertaining to real estate. They offered great coffee and tea in the lobby as well :-)
