Recently moved to the neighbourhood & used the post office as a delivery address for safety of a parcel since I wasn't going to be at home to receive. I was incredibly disappointed with how rude & unhelpful the man behind the counter was. I had my ID & barcode/number for pick up, and after entering the number wrong (multiple times) & telling me it hadn't arrived, he finally looked (physically). When he found it, he shoved it across the counter at me without saying anything. I asked if that was all, if he needed to see my ID, or for me to sign anything & he didn't bother to respond or even look at me. I will NOT be using the post office services at this location again.

New owners and New Management. Staff is amazing! Great sandwiches, nice bakery items. Give it a chance you will be surprised.

All l will say is, make sure it’s your parcel, you don’t get your money back, and they’re not helpful

They are so nice and give me free candy the post office is wonderful I ordered stuff there and came in and they help me a lot they understand English which is great

Never book a uhaul there..you won't get it! No answer. No help. Middle of nowhere. Hours are different on sign, internet etc.Worst experience ever!

I've come to this location many times for lotto, milk, engine oil, candy etc. Well I was just in there today January 23 2023 at 1:25pm and I will go out of my way to avoid this location from now on. Today I needed sour cream for my taco dinner tonight. I do what I do at any grocery and I always check the dates and get the ones that expire further down the road. So I grabbed the 2 sour creams that were in the back that said they expired on April 12 2023 instead of the ones that were in the front that expired March 2 2023. Well this upset the woman behind the counter and she took them from me and lied to my face and said they had expired and she won't sell them. I calmly assured her they were still good as I read the dates clear as day and she refused to sell them to me and continued lying to my face. This was an extremely petty thing to do and she completely inconvenienced me. I told her in a really calm voice that even if it was true what she was saying, why would she leave expired food on the shelf for someone to purchase!? This caused her to go into a rage and she yelled at me and told me to leave to which i did. I will never return and I hope this will encourage others not to shop there.

The lady Susie Q there is sweet and helpful. She does a great job of running the store. And works hard so be patient here because it's only her even when it's busy. Thanks.
