There is a lot of variety of baked goods here and the decorations are pretty. However, the quality and taste aren't that great. The cream in the boston cream was runny, donut itself was hard. The mini cannoli did not have much flavour. Portugese tart was okay. The staff is friendly and the shop is really cute

Ordered a Spider-Man themed carrot cake for my boyfriends birthday.Place the order in October to be ready for December 3rd.Got there at the time they gave me and the cake wasn’t decorated yet so I waited 30 minutes and it came out not looking the same as the picture I sent them. It wasn’t even frosted the same way so I was really disappointed.The flavour of the cake was just fine but for the price I paid I am very disappointed.I’ve heard such good reviews about this bakery and accidents happen but it was still very disappointing for paying $70.The customer service was good.Reply to the owner;It wasn’t the wait.I don’t mind waiting but it didn’t even end up look like the picture I had sent to you guys, it also wasn’t frosted the same way as the picture. I understand it’s the busy season but i could have been messaged to be notified it wouldn’t be ready on time and I would have waited for it to be done properly instead of rushed.I paid $85 with tip included and only got back $15. The discount wasn’t satisfactory considering the amount I paid for a cake that looked decorated by not even a professional bakery…

The best bakery in town. Keto options that are actually affordable are served here. Sandwiches are priced on par with any other place but these are quality made and really filling. My wife and I have pretty much tried everything here and it is all amazing. Very creative options are available. Truffles, macaroons, donuts, cheesecakes, mini pies, giant peanut butter cups.... Etc.

Decoration and icing were nice. Cake was awful. We got a red velvet cake and it tasted bland and actually dry! As well the cake was supposed to be red" but only a small area was red

The quality of Fairy Sweets’ products and service is top notch. The staff is so incredibly friendly and you can tell they take great care when making their baked goods. It’s the closest to homemade goods you can get!I love popping in every now and then for some chocolates, my favourite item on their menu. They melt in your mouth and they give such an energizing boost. They’re the best quality chocolates I’ve ever had! I’ve given so many chocolates to my friends and they’re hooked too.Even if you don’t like chocolate, their cookies, macarons, and cakes are absolutely outstanding. To this day, their strawberry shortcake is one of the best I’ve ever had. They even have gluten free and keto options.I totally recommend Fairy Sweets, especially if you’re looking for a nice treat to give a friend.

We had a chocolate Valentine's cupcake tonight and it was not good at all. The flavour was off and they were dry.Weve been there before some things are great like the brownies and carrot cheesecake but other deserts can use improvement.Staff is always really friendly and the shop is cute.
