Absolutely terrible experience! Do not rent your U-Haul here. We drove 2 hours to get our rental, we arrived at ,745 for our 8am rental, only to find out our truck size changed. And to top it off, the truck wasn't even here! The attendant said it wouldn't arrive until 10am despite him agreeing that the reservation indicated a 8am pickup time! He said to just call the 1-800 number. We've been on hold for the past 40 mins. We ended up having to drive to Owen Sound to get another U-Haul truck.

Horrible service. The owner here is an arrogant ****. I reserved a U-haul truck two weeks in advance to be picked up at this location. Upon arrival, no truck. Talked to the owner and he gave me no info but to call the 1800#. After dealing with the customer service on the phone, found out this guy gave my truck away the day before. Totally screwed me on my moving day. He knew he screwed up and didn't care. Don't waste your time here, his U-haul license should be pulled.

Left the trailer we rented in an area impossible to get after paying for it! Noone is contacting me back! How are we supposed to get the tow trailer we rented if irs blocked behind uhaul truck and by a river?? Unprofessional !!!! Absolutely upset! Waste of my time,renting of a truck and gas to get here!!!!
