Waterloo Vision Care Clinic
Wonderful staff, atmosphere, selection of frames, etc. But above all I have to say that Dr. Jenna Bright is unfailingly knowledgeable and thorough with all her attention to my aging eyes. She is also considerate, professional, personable, and kind. I am very confident in her care. It is a bonus that she also makes every visit a pleasure.

I had a wonderful experience at this office - all the staff are awesome. I love this team, they take great care in all aspects of vision care. Especially picking out new frames! They have plenty in stock and I like their prices. They all exemplify great customer service!!

I had the very best experience at Waterloo Vision Care and Dr. Vermeersch specifically. The facility and equipment is state-of-the-art. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Her staff were also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended - one of the best experiences I've ever had with a medical professional!

My experience at Waterloo Vision Care Clinic can only be rated as excellent. Optician Dr. A. Vermeersch is highly professional, thorough, proactive, caring and personal, focused on me and my need. I felt heard, understood and cared for. The staff underlie the experience as they are attentive, helpful and courteous.

I feel lucky to be patient here. Thank you for the best doctors and staff. Dr. Bright is a superior eye specialist. High tech equipment and the most thorough eye exam I've ever had! Very detailed. Eyewear is very trendy and tons to choose from. I've never had any issues with all the glasses I've purchased here. They stand behind what they sell. Even 1 year later, they adjusted a pair of my glasses for me. The only place my family goes. Thank you, friendly staff too. R.H.

Waterloo Vision Care Clinic
After going here for many years I am extremely happy with the service I receive. All the doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. My latest visit was with Dr. Vermeersch (yesterday) and she was extremely thorough and very polite. The ladies at the counter will most certainly look after you well. I definitely recommend Waterloo Vision.

Waterloo Vision Care Clinic
Fabulous clinic! I had dry eye treatments done by Dr. Bright about 10 months ago. I went from sometimes needing drops hourly to needing them only when I am really straining my eyes. An added bonus was a reduction of laugh lines" around my eyes. The procedure did not take very long and was not difficult. Dr. Bright and Stephanie (who assisted her) were incredibly patient and knowledgeable and every step of the procedure was explained to me before they actually did it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who suffers from dry eyes! It worked for me!"

Waterloo vision care is a fantastic clinic. I have been a patient at the clinic for more than 35 years, need I say more.I have been part of watching Waterloo Vision Care adapt and grow over the years.I am always greeted with smiles, energy, positive, and professional individuals at the reception. There is one professional I have known from the beginning who welcomes me by name, adjusts my glasses for me, and makes me smile, thank you Barbie.My optometrist is fantastic, thorough. Though busy, Dr. Bright, makes you feel like you are her only patient!The clinic has 4 to 6 highly skilledoptometrists over the years at the clinics old and new location.I have seen 4 optometrists at this clinic. I have received the same positive experience at Waterloo Vision Care. I have 2 sons who have been patients at the clinic for their first appointment in childhood and now as young men.Thank you Waterloo Vision Care for taking care of our eyes.

Waterloo Vision Care Clinic
Staff is fantastic!!! Barbie helped me this morning, as my frame snapped. She was amazing and thorough and was able to replace the frame on warrantee which I was shocked was plausible as I was nearing the two year mark. She provided options, and a solution within a few minutes. What a ROCK STAR!! Wanted to share the experience as it was above and beyond my expectations! Truely a lovely and dedicated team.
