I had a really bad experience with Creative Silhouettes. I placed an order back in December that they were not able to fulfill. I cancelled the order and they gave me no refund. I did email 7 times already and every time they had an excuse (holidays, day off, vacation, etc). That is such a scam. I hate that I spent so much time dealing with them and now I have to open a claim with my credit card against them. Such a waste of time.

print does not match proof provided and blames the file when brought to their attention. Other print shops had no issue with the high quality .pdd file and prints perfectly. Took two weeks to get the second print, which is still printed with visible black defect around the boarders. When showing the customer service rep, she replied it will look less obvious when putting the decal on the vehicle. When asked to speak to a manager after a month and half later without a decent print, I was told someone will reach out in 2 to 3 days. Emailed again a week later when no contact was made, she replied it will take another 2 to 3 weeks to review.Unprofessional customer service and print quality is far below industry standards. Never again

Just received my order today. The quality was flawless and easy to install. This is my second order with Creative Silhouettes. Great customer service and attention to details. For sure I will order again!!

Great service and totally as-promised product for a reasonable price. My small problem uploading a file to their site was immediately solved by an actual human being. My wall decal makes a great impression as you come through the door. I'll be ordering again and recommending Creative Silhouettes to others.

I ordered my sign with them and it came out great. I spoke Sandeep over the phone and the process was smooth and got it done within 5 days. I totally recommend.

Super responsive service. Leila was amazing from the very first call and was right on top of my project till the last minute of installation. My first mural commission and boy was I nervous about how things would go. The print quality was incredible and looked exactly as I had hoped and saw on my computer. The installer was on time, very friendly and so fast. I couldn't believe how seamless the process was. My client is thrilled with the project and they are looking to have something larger done after seeing how great this turned out. Thanks Creative Silhouettes!!! I'll be calling again soon!

I am very glad I ran across Creative Silhouettes. It has been a genuine pleasure to work with them. Customer service is one of the most important things to me. I can get quality decals from any number of vendors, but for me to be able to have a vendor that I can count on for great service and support like this is priceless. Outstanding company and service. I uploaded my images and chose the size of the 3 decals I wanted on Saturday night and Tuesday afternoon they were delivered to my front door. The quality is fantastic and the service I received was perhaps even better as the production team reached out to me prior to creating the decals to show me exactly how they will turn out. Fantastic company at very reasonable prices!
