The de-icing cable works for my needs but I didn't use it as directed. It was completely inserted into a 30 foot downspout that freezes solid every winter. My roof is flat, slightly graded so I can't address that aspect. Since I don't have an outlet on the roof I bought the 100 foot, wrapped it around the outside with the plug end 8 feet form my back yard power outlet and the rest went into the downspout. No more poring pans of boiling water on the downspout!

If you are still thinking about purchasing a snow melting system, just go for it! Installed a heated driveway and finally got rid of the headache of shoveling snow!

I had an EasyMat installed recently in my bathroom. Now I can't imagine why I waited so long to have this! Even my cat loves to stretch out on my warm tile floor. It's so easy to install, especially under tile (Well, my renovator said it was very easy to install) and the programmable thermostat makes it work automatically. Totally love it!

I had to stay at home for a while due to Covid and decided to install a heating system. I had no experience with these types of renovations and I was so thrilled that their client support was amazing and efficient no matter the amount of times I needed it.
