The woman in the front was the same snotty person that they employ everywhere. Condescending and unfriendly. Don't know why people put up with lousy customer service people and except anything less than courtesy. I suspect the good reviews are being written by relatives

Horrible customer service, delay after delay, always using Covid as an excuse for production issues. Either buy only what your local dealer has in stock or don't order at all. Anything that is a special order takes many months to get. If you call they won't give you any information, always telling to get the dealer to call.

So I was trying to buy some Stone in my area and I used their website to find a dealer. I called everyone in my area and they said they're not allowed to carry that style of stone. So I called bramptom brick to find a dealer and they told me they cannot give me one as I have to use the website and unable to give me a dealer that carries that style of stone or the phone.The best part was this was customer service lol.

I know right away when I’m laying Brampton brick because of how horrible it is. Every 2 courses you have to joint your work ASAP!! Or it’s too hard to joint! . The bricks are not straight or square in the corners they are all like bananas. Some brick are 1/4 in hight than others. The cheapest brick you can buy.

Just hung up with Lindsey from BB office and she was fantastic! She helped me find a dealer that would meet my client's needs and come to the house to show samples! Thank you so very much. Alex

Been here for delivery with semi 53 feet trailer entrace is directly from wanless drive coming from hurontario street make left before train trackthen go thourgh straight keeping car parking on leftRecieveing on left side on outside rampReceiver was nice they allowed to use washroomThere is gate/fence before you enter the yard after car parking lot..
