They ran my credit without my consentement and made me loose points on my credit score for a loan that I have been pre approved for .I don’t know how they still in the market and are still allowed to do wrong to so many families.After my misfortune I came to the knowledge that Fairstone is not here to help families but to put them in more debt.I called them back to understand why my credit was checked without all my documents sent to them and the answer I got was « it was a miss understanding ».A miss understanding that made me loose points .

I needed a loan quickly and was getting a runaround elsewhere, but Fairstone came through. I was impressed by how streamlined and speedy their process is and their courteous and knowledgeable staff were more than able to help me sort out any confusing bits (thanks Laura!).
