Healthpoint Family Medicine and Walk-In - Sandalwood

This clinic is a newly opened clinic and it is super cleaned. The staff (receptionist) are so kind and sooo sweet. Dr. Girgis Ireen is an amazing doctor. She's so sweet ❤️ and kind and caring it sucks that she's not a family doctor accepting new patient. I feel very comfortable and trust her with the medication she prescribed me. Ali (pharmacy guy) is amazing and the best pharmacist you will ever come across. He takes you into a private room where he basically tells you about the medication that the doctor gave u, and why it's being prescribed and he tells you other knowledgeable information regarding your meds. He's super sweet and super chill. Starting from today, I will only get my medicine from Ali. Other pharmacist don't care to tell you about it medical. This place is 11/10 ❤️

My wait time on a weekday morning was less than 30 minutes. The building is so modern and brand new and I was impressed by their courtesy. The doctor was quick and filling the prescription was an organized process where the pharmacist takes the time to explain things and calls to follow up. Will be here more often

We have recently changed our family doctor to Dr Amrita Dhanoa and this turned out to be the best decision.Regarding doctor :Dr Amrita is great physician with thorough knowledge and pleasant personality. She always makes sure to provide ample amount of time and gets to the bottom of any problem. In addition, She also remembers our problems discussed in previous appointments and never forgets to get the feedback about it.Overall, we have nothing but excellent experience with her so far.Regarding clinic:It’s a brand new and organised clinic. It’s clean every time we get there.Regarding staff:Staffs are polite and approachable. No complaints so farRegarding pharmacy next to the clinic:Pharmacist does take time to explain the medication in detail. And best part is we never had to come back to pick the medication. It’s always ready within half an hour.Conclusion: I never had to wait more than half an hour when I had the appointment booked. During walks in , wait time was okay if not the best. I highly recommended Dr Amrita as a family physician

Highly Mismanaged and horrible front desk.- They send you appointment mail and when you turn up they dont find appointment in their system.- As new patient to a family Dr. of the clinic you are told you don't need to sign any document and later told that you are not registered as a patient to that family doctor.- After going through the tests recommended by the Family Dr. of the clinic, they dont care to call/inform you after results are recieved. When you call they say they have not received the results..and when pressing them, they later find it.This Clinic's front desk people needs serious management training. Other Healthpoint clinics are so well managed. They need to learn from their other branches.

First time coming here and decided I needed a new family doctor. This looks like a fairly new practice. Very clean clinic. Check in was easy. The receptionist was friendly. My appointment was at 10:30am and I was called in at that time to see the doctor. Dr Carolina Marin was a superb doctor! She listened to my concerns and didn't rush me. I am glad she will be my new family doctor :)

The wait times are occasionally longer than ideal, though no longer than I’ve experienced with other doctors, but the reason for that is because Dr. Dhanoa genuinely spends time and listens to her patients and wants to get to the bottom of whatever your ailment may be. That’s the most important trait in any medical professional.

I met with Dr. Dhanoa the other day. She is very pleasant and thorough. It's a brand new and beautiful office also. I can't believe people are complaining about wait times. We all want the doctor to be able to take time with us when we're in the room. I will be telling my friends and family about this office for sure.

I recently consulted with Dr. Amrita Dhanoa and it was one of my best decision to consider her as a family doctor. The fact that I recently moved to Canada with no recommendations of doctors by my folks, my walk-in experience turned out to be a good one. Dr. Dhanoa is methodical, took enough time to address my concerns and gets to the root of the issue. One of the best doctors I have had so far and I'd definitely recommend Dr. Dhanoa to anyone looking for a sound consultation. My experience was very satisfying and I wouldnt mind waiting for long. The average wait time for me was 30-40 minutes. The staff at the reception and at the pharmacy is also very good and professional.

Very disappointed in my visit today with my mother. Dr. Nwafor (male) was extremely rude to my mother wouldn’t even let her speak basically told her to choose one problem to discuss without even letting her speak about them. She went in regarding results as her family doctor wanted her to come in he kept on saying there was no results meanwhile I saw he received it on the screen. I went to front desk they told me they were able to see the results and wanted us to go back into see the doctor & he refused to see my mother who was having possible symptoms of a stroke! Thank you so much to the kind receptionist in the front who helped us with this situation but for your own sake do not see this doctor.

This was extremely horrible coming here. It was my first time here and the clinic seemed empty. There were many people who were allowed to go ahead of me. The receptionist never told us it was gonna take that loong.My daughter had severe ear ache and it took me 2 hrs even uptilNow the doctor wasnt here to see my kid.I would never recommend anyone to come here ever.
